Due to COVID-19 regulations, Jiu-Jitsu classes have been modified to focus on technique and conditioning.

Sparring and any activities involving prolonged contact will only be re-introduced in when government restrictions are lifted.

Are Jiu-Jitsu classes still on?

Yes! Jiu-Jitsu classes are still on.

What will members be focusing on?

Fundamental techniques and concepts that they won't need a training partner for. There will also be conditioning that simulates the intensity of actual jiu-jitsu.

Book your classes

To adhere to capacity regulations, we’ll need you to book your classes before you come to the gym. We won’t be able to accept walk-ins during this time.

…you complete your SafeEntry form, Travel & Health declaration, and temperature check. Help us adhere to safe-distancing regulations while you wait outside.

Your coach will assign a specific area and list of equipment to you and your group. Please stick with this group!

We are bound by law to ensure safe-distancing measures are put in place. Please help us stick to these measures. Thank you.


after class

increased cleaning

We will be cleaning all frequently-used equipment and surfaces between classes.

please leave right after class

We will require that you leave the gym as soon as you are done showering, or done with class. This will facilitate smooth implementation of mandatory safety measures.
